Since then, the brewery has been brewing premium sake using naturally filtered Mt. Fuji subterranean water for 100 years and the traditional techniques of the Noto Touji clan.

During guided tours of the brewery, the knowledgeable staff will explain the brewing process in English. But this tour is by reservation only, and one group is reserved for the morning and one group for the afternoon. So if you are interested, make a reservation as soon as possible.
